SUBSTANCE: device contains an electric motor mechanically connected through a reducer, a barrel and a paddled cord, a barrel rpm sensor, a clamping moment of passing a barrel mark, a generating signal for barrel speed measurement which serves for paddle depth determination, a force sensor mounted on a rigid support and functioning as a mechanical bond between the support and a body measuring support reaction force of the electric motor body. Seizure of the descent paddle in paraffin can be inferred as the force sensor signal reaches a preset minimal threshold force. Meanwhile, seizure of the paddle either upstroke, or reached an upper well position can be inferred as the force sensor signal reaches a preset minimal threshold force together with the measured paddle penetration in the well close to zero.
