SUBSTANCE: system of ventilation of output cavity of gas turbine engine centrifugal compressor wheel is limited with an output plane of the wheel and an output circular flange of the circular diffuser, installed at the output from the compressor and ventilated by air intake at the outlet of centrifugal compressor, which contains facilities for change of direction installed in the output cavity of the wheel, to vary the direction of the ventilation air flow in the output part of the output cavity, which make it circulate radially from inside to outside along the output plane of the wheel.
EFFECT: making it possible to avoid damage of gas turbine engine centrifugal compressor wheel.
