FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine comprises radial-flow compressor and annular diffuser arranged at compressor outlet and including rear ring flange with, in fact, L-like cross section fitted at compressor impeller outlet to confine, together with impeller rear radial side, the annular chamber ventilated by air bled at compressor outlet. Said bled air circulates in said chamber toward outlet and compressor axle rotation. Said chamber houses, at least, one annular deflector arranged between impeller rear and diffuser ring flange rear to hinder hot air up flow and to accelerate flow of air bled at compressor outlet so that hot air is deflected toward outlet. Said deflector is arranged radially and level with joint between front radial section and rear cylindrical section of diffuser ring flange.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cooling.
