FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises crushing and clearing wastes, mixing them with solid loose catalyst, continuous loading of said mix into heated reactor of polymer matrix thermo catalytic gasification, curing loose mix in mixing and blowing by inert gas in reactor at thermo catalytic gasification temperature and pressure, and discharging into separator to separate filler from gasification products. Said products are heated by circulating heated loose catalyst mix with inert material fed into layer of granular mix. Gasification products and filler in circulated flow of waste granular mix are discharged from reactor into first separator separate waste granular mix from said products and filler. Filler is extracted from mix with gasification products in second separator. Third separator is used to separate recovered and heated granular mix from products of combustion of air mix with combustible gas and excess air for reuse.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
