DC CONTROLLED ELECTROMAGNETIC SWITCHING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC H01H51/00 H01H9/30

Abstract RU 2433500 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic switching device comprises a base which integrates a core with an actuating coil and an anchor, a cross arm with main contact bridges and permanent magnets established in its windows, a contact strip with a rigid assembly, a cover above the contact strip, and an electromagnet control unit. The cover has at least four through holes formed along a longitudinal symmetry axis of the main contact bridges strictly above each contact discontinuity of margin poles in pairs.

EFFECT: reduced time of arch burning and contact erosion, higher reliability of the device in whole.
