FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics. Tendon graft is formed from front half of triceps muscle tendon extension of shin, and turned by 180° downwards. Graft edges are stitched with proximal and distal ends of Achilles' tendon. Fascia propria and perimysium of long flexor muscle of hallux are incised. Edges of dissected fascia and perimysium are divided, and tendon graft is stitched to their edges, wherefore long flexor muscle of hallux is brought to displaced transplant.
EFFECT: method enables recovering motion in ankle joint, enables support upon foot tip in its plantar flexion position, as well as re-rolling foot from heel to toe.
