FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: refractory nickel based alloy for casting of nozzle vanes with an equiaxial structure of gas turbine plants comprises the following components in wt %: carbon 0.07-0.10; chrome 21.0-21.7; cobalt 10.3-10.8; tungsten 3.6-4.0; titanium 3.6-3.9; aluminium 2.5-2.8; niobium 0.15-0.3; boron 0.010-0.020; zirconium ≤ 0.03; yttrium ≤ 0.03; molybdenum 0.7-1.0; manganese ≤ 0.03, silicon ≤ 0.3; lanthanum ≤ 0.02; iron ≤ 0.5; copper ≤ 0.05; sulphur ≤ 0.005; phosphorous ≤ 0.008; nitrogen ≤ 15 ppm; oxygen ≤ 20 ppm, and nickel - the rest. The total content of aluminium and titanium is 6.1-6.7 wt %, and the ratio Ti:Al is 1.3-1.4.

EFFECT: alloy is characterised by an increased long-term strength at work temperatures of 700-900 degrees in a combination with high oxidation resistance and corrosion strength, increased structural stability for the service life and improved process characteristics.
