FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in roller-bit drilling of blast and survey wells at mining enterprises. Claimed process comprises technical inspection and removal of preservation oil. Drill bit is processed in oil reservoir and outlet nozzle orifices are calibrated. Well drilling conditions are defined. MTBR intervals are defined and drill bit is mounted at the drilling rig. Air-emulsion mix is forced in the drill bit and well is trial-bored. The boring is executed at working conditions and drilling parameters are controlled. Drill bit operating conditions are checked before repair cycle, drill bit is removed from the bar, flushed and blown, check valve is tested, repaired and replaced, drill bit legs and flaps are recovered by recovered by building up. Bearings and lock pints are replaced while drill bit is processed in oil pool. Drill bit is mounted at drilling rig and the cycle is repeated. In case drill bit and inserts are worn, drill bit is put out of operation. After drill bit processing in oil pool the bearings are filled with grease to diagnose said rill bit by vibratory diagnostics of cutter and drill bit rotation and heat monitoring control over bearing is performed. Obtained data allows definition of mining conditions optimum well drilling conditions including axial force at the well mouth, drill bit rpm, compressed air pressure and flow rate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drilling.
