FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: fuel spray device which is applicable for internal combustion engine has fuel spray valve spraying the fuel directly to combustion chamber, injector injecting the air to combustion chamber, and exit gas cleaning device which is installed in the outlet channel and which performs, as fuel spray from fuel spray valve, after-spray representing fuel spray during the operating stroke or exhaust stroke, separately from fuel spray in order to create rotary moment. Device also includes the following: rotation detector for determination of rotation speed of engine outlet shaft, air flow metre provided on inlet channel, upstream of injector, in the direction of air flow, which determines the air volume that enters the inlet channel; pressure transmitter provided on inlet channel downstream of injector in air flow direction and determining air pressure inside inlet channel; calculation means of correction term for calculation of correction term, on the basis of speed of change of the air pressure, which is determined with pressure sensor; installation means for installation of upper limit of spray volume, on the basis of rotation speed of engine outlet shaft, air volume, correction term and fuel spray volume in the fuel spray in order to create rotary moment; and restricting means for fuel spray volume at after-spray by means of upper limit of fuel spray volume. Control method of fuel spray device used in internal combustion engine, provided with fuel spray valve which performs fuel spray directly to combustion chamber, includes the following: determination of rotation speed of engine outlet shaft; determination of air volume which is supplied to inlet channel in upward direction from injector in the air flow direction; determination of air pressure inside inlet channel in the flow downward direction from injector in the air flow direction; calculation of correction term, on the basis of the change degree of the determined air pressure; determination of upper limit of spray volume, on the basis of rotation speed of engine outlet shaft, air volume, correction term and fuel spray volume in fuel spray in order to create rotary moment; and restriction of fuel spray volume in after-spray by means of upper limit of fuel spray volume.
EFFECT: invention allows designing the fuel spray device and developing the control method for the device capable of eliminating the deterioration of qualitative composition of the exit gases by means of after-spray.
