SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed water insulator. The water insulator consists of a main case with multitude of sections rectilinear and parallel to each other, of main axis of the case of multitude of passages perpendicular to the said sections and successively connecting the second end of each section with the first end of a neighbour section. Thus, by means of zigzag successive connection of the said sections to each other with the said passages there is formed a channel of sufficient length facilitating specified current limiting; the channel occupies limited space.
EFFECT: raised reliability of electric water heaters with electric resistance immersed into water.
