FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices using superconductivity. An ultrahigh frequency radiation detector contains signal input (401) and detector output (402), absorbing element (404) with ohmic conductivity, connected to signal input (401) through first superconductor section (405), and element (406) with variable impedance depending on a temperature, connected to detector output (402) through second superconductor section (407). At the same time, the detector contains input (408) for supplying heating current, heating element (409) connected to input (408) through third superconductor section (410). Absorbing element (404), element (406) with variable impedance, and heating element (409) are connected to each other through superconductive sections that are shorter than any of the mentioned first superconductor section (405), second superconductor section (407) and third superconductor section (410). A detector device is also claimed for the detection of ultrahigh frequency radiation, containing at least one ultrahigh frequency radiation detector and resonant measurement circuit (702).
EFFECT: increase in the sensitivity and simplification of the calibration of the ultrahigh frequency radiation detector.
