SUBSTANCE: system has a radio transmitter, a medical and technical support station, and transponders installed on vehicles carrying material valuables, environmentally hazardous and important goods; the radio transmitter is fitted with master generators and a modulation code generator; the medical and technical support station has a selector for a composite signal with composite amplitude modulation and phase keying, spectrum analysers, amplitude limiters, synchronous and phase detectors; and each vehicle transponder has a piezoelectric crystal, a microstrip antenna and a set of reflectors.

EFFECT: high reliability of radio communication with vehicles and medical and technical support stations on highways.
