FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to confectionary industry. The rock candy composition contains sugar sand in a quantity of 33.7-63.2 wt %, molasses - 64.20-33.9 wt %, an aroma - 1.6 wt %, citric acid - 0.3-0.8 wt % and a mixture of guarana caffeine and taurine -0.2-0.5 wt %. The flavouring additive represented by the mixture of guarana caffeine and taurine contains natural guarana caffeine and taurine extracts taken at weight ration 3:1 accordingly. The method envisages a candy mass preparation by way of boiling out sugar-and-molasses syrup during 20-30 minutes, the mass cooling, introduction of the mixture of guarana caffeine and taurine and flavouring additives therein, kneading, attenuation, a candy baton production, band calibration, candies moulding, cooling and wrapping. During candies moulding products weight is 1.6-2.0 g (mini-size).

EFFECT: invention ensures production of candies containing a mixture of guarana caffeine and taurine that enables organism tonus improvement with persons that have to retain physical and mental vigour though very tired; candies are more accessible during travelling and can be conveniently put into the pocket to be ready at hand.
