The resulting mass enters the steam separation chamber, in which, under the influence of temperature, extra vapors are separated, then the liquid mass enters the rotary type film apparatus, where it is additionally boiled and 9% vinegar essence is added, the Eramin dietary supplement based on alfalfa extract is dosed into the same apparatus in form of a powder. Then the mass enters the upper chamber of the vacuum apparatus until moisture is removed by vacuum, then it is collected in the lower part of the vacuum apparatus. The resulting mass is sent for further moulding.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the nutritional value of the product.
