SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionary industry and may be used for the product biological value enhancement and preventive properties imparting to the product. The rock candy contains initial ingredients represented by sugar sand, citric acid, water and thick propolis extract at the following ratio, wt %: sugar sand - 98.016-99.016; thick propolis extract - 0.301-0.401; citric acid - 0.024-0.044; water - balance.
EFFECT: invention ensures the production of candy with antiseptic and immune-stimulating properties.
