FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bird feedstuff production. The method involves feeding a feed additive based on silver-containing zeolite to birds. The additive is introduced into feedstuff in a quantity of 0.5-5.0% of feedstuff weight. Zeolite grain size is 0.5-3 mm while silver content is 0.001-0.02%.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase productivity and liveability of farm birds.
