FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of mass exchange apparatus for solid-liquid systems and can be used for extraction of target component from crushed raw material in food, chemical-pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Vibration extractor comprises a rod of a working member, moving reciprocally in guides, rigidly fixed on the rod perforated plates, a vertical cylindrical container with upper and lower covers, a device in the lower part of the apparatus for continuously feeding the liquid phase into the extractor, a device for continuously feeding the solid phase into the bottom of the apparatus with a feed screw, as well as a suspension discharge device in the upper part of the apparatus. In addition, the extractor further comprises a housing of the actuator, in which the input and output shafts of the planetary mechanism are installed, besides, there is a shaft with a toothed sector rigidly fixed on it, besides, the rod of the working member has a toothed section, by means of which it is engaged with the toothed sector. Fixed elliptical gear wheel is rigidly fixed on the housing coaxially to the input shaft, on the output shaft there is another elliptical gear wheel. On input shaft carrier is installed and connected through rotary kinematic pair with satellite shaft, consisting of elliptical gear wheel and elliptical gear turned through 180° relative to each other and connected by shaft, wherein the elliptical gear wheel of the satellite is connected to a fixed elliptical gear wheel of the same size, and the elliptical gear of the satellite is in gearing with an elliptical gear wheel of the same size, wherein the minor axle b1 of one pair of elliptical wheels can differ from the minor axle b2 of the other pair, and major axles a of all elliptical wheels are identical. All elliptical wheels are installed on their shafts in such a way that the axis of rotation of the shaft passes through a point called the focus of the dividing ellipse, which is located on the major semi-axis of the pitch ellipse at a distance c1 equal to from the center of the pitch ellipse for one pair of wheels and distance c2 equal to for the other pair, and thus ensuring continuity of their engagement. On the carrier opposite to the satellite shaft at a distance H equal to the distance between the rotation axes of the input shaft and the satellite shaft, a counterweight is installed, mass of which is equal to mass of satellite. Extractor also comprises a friction variator consisting of a drive disc mounted on the output shaft of the planetary mechanism, driven disk installed on one shaft with toothed sector, and roller fixed on movable axis.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling the amplitude of reciprocating movement of the working element during operation of the device.
