FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Frame allows mounting braking equipment and spring suspension elements. Said frame is made up of two lengthwise beams with their centers curved downward and one crosswise beam jointing said centers together. Lengthwise beams accommodate fasteners for two undriven wheel pairs with three brake disks. Crosswise beam is provided with fasteners of braking equipment. Three said elements are arranged equidistant on each side on crosswise beam. Lemniscate mechanism elements are arranged in opening made at crosswise beam center.
EFFECT: reduced weight, efficient load and braking force taking up and transfer.
