SUBSTANCE: each motor wheelpair includes an axis, single-stage axis gearbox, 2 axis pressed-on wheels, each of which has 2 brake disks and 2 axle boxes in the disk portion. Each axle box is equipped with a temperature sensor. There is a gear clutch with arch teeth linking gearbox with tractive motor. The frame consists of two lateral beams bent down by their middle portion, and one transversal beam interconnecting middle portions of the lateral beams. The lateral beams are provided with the fasteners for motor wheelpairs. A transversal beam is provided with the fasteners for two tractive electric motors and disk braking module for each wheel. There is a process opening in the middle portion of the transversal beam where lemniscal somatosensory elements can be allocated.

EFFECT: increase of railway vehicle speed, enhancement of sensing and transfer of traction and braking efforts.
