FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed train is intended for 1520-mm gage railways and consists of two identical traction sections, each comprising set of traction electric equipment. Every said set is distributed amount cars of traction group consisting of head powered car, intermediate trailer accommodating traction transformer, and another powered car with traction converter. Head powered cars have no current collectors and are located on train edges. Every head car is equipped with crash system. Every powered car is provided with two powered bogies, each comprising two powered mounted axles equipped with single-step axial reduction gear and traction motor. Toothed coupling with circular teeth is used for coupling traction motor with single-step axial reduction gar. Every non-powered car has two trailer bogies, each including two non-motored mounted axles with two wheels fitted thereon and three brake clamps. Body of every car represents an aluminium monocoque structure. Aluminium channels and sheets make bearing elements connected to car body while car body bottom is divided into live and service sections. Vestibule of every car has ''sacrificial'' areas of lower strength compared with that of car main section. Car body is furnished with automatic, external sliding plug doors.
