SUBSTANCE: alloy 68HXBKTU-VI is heated for quenching to 1090±10°C, conditioned, cooled with furnace at rate 500-650°C per hour to 980±10°C, cured for 0.5 hour to separation of phase Ni3 (Al, Ti) in laminated form and cooled in water.
EFFECT: improved processability by cutting at turning, milling, boring holes of small diametre and reduced change of volume and linear dimensions at disperse hardening.
