FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: rail joint comprises a spring terminal installed on a sleeper or on an under-rail base and interacting with a rail foot, and a nut screwed onto an anchor installed in the sleeper or in the under-rail base. There is a bracket with a hole and a clamping washer installed onto the spring terminal. The bracket hole is made with a facet. The surface of the clamping orifice at the side of the bracket is made as spherical for interaction with the conical surface of the bracket facet.

EFFECT: reduced wear and preservation of a normative value of rail pressure force to the base or the sleeper due to reduction of the contact area of interacting surfaces of joint elements.
