SUBSTANCE: method of power generation on the basis of blast energy use consists in the fact that at blast with receiving platform there compressed is return-damping spring and lifted is jack platform with load. At that, through mechanical drive there rotated is rotor of electric generator both at lifting and lowering of jack platform, and at spring compression and release. Power generation device includes mechanical drives, electric generator with rotor, receiving platform, return-damping spring, gearbox, concrete bottom, guide cavity, m-platforms of jack with load, m-fasteners of jack platforms, locking gate valve, guide of gate valve, receiver of gate valve, bleed-off valve, hose of pump and pump.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing power of generated power.
