Power generation device includes mechanical drives, electric generator with rotor, receiving platform, return-damping spring, gearbox, concrete bottom, guide cavity, m-platforms of jack with load, m-fasteners of jack platforms, locking gate valve, guide of gate valve, receiver of gate valve, bleed-off valve, hose of pump and pump.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing power of generated power.
