SUBSTANCE: method for energy generation provides for harmonic combination of forces of different nature. Instead of a stationary generator and dynamics of "working medium", they use displacement in the "working medium", such as water, "converters-accumulators" (containers), in which as a result of their displacement - lowering to depth and lifting to surface, variable external power parameters of the medium are converted relative to the "inner" "converter - accumulator", and as a result, energy potential is accumulated and fixed, which is then realised when lifting the "converter - accumulator" to the surface. Also a device is proposed that realises the method.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce energy by an environmentally pure method.
