SUBSTANCE: mobility management element (MME) receives a logic of no-access alarm security (NAS), supported in UE, and a key joined with an authentication vector, or a root key deduced according to the key joined with the authentication vector, selects a NAS security logic, deduces a NAS protection key according to the key joined with the authentication vector or the root key, and sends a message carrying the selected NAS security logic into UE. UE generates a NAS protection key according to its key joined with the authentication vector.
EFFECT: provision of security as a terminal moves from one network to the other.
