SUBSTANCE: method of controlling the first node to generate a security context for the client in the cellular communication system. The first node contains a processing scheme. The method includes: the first node performing during a handover in a cellular communication system: receiving, at least, one cryptographic key from the second node; receiving the identification information of the security algorithms supported by the client from the third node; and using the said, at least, one cryptographic key and identification information to generate a security context for the client. The first node is a target packet switching node, the third node is a packet switching node, and the second node is a source switching node.
