FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and resuscitation science and can be used during cardiosurgery in patients with congenital heart disease. Method includes determination of ultrastructure of myocardium cardiocytes with application of electronic microscopy. In biopsy materials of heart tissue carried out is analysis of degree of injury to DNA of cardiocytes on anatoxic and reperfusion stages of operation, with determination of DNA fluorescence intensity and index of percent ratio of fragmented DNA in nucleus and cytoplasm of cardiocytes. Reduction of average values of fluorescence intensity shows increase of hypoxia in myocardium, simultaneous reduction of fluorescence intensity and value of index of percent ratio of fragmented DNA in nucleus and cytoplasm close to 1:1 testify to intra-operation injury of myocardium.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to estimate adequacy of myocardium protection during operation, identify causes of post-operation cardiac failure and start pathogenetically grounded treatment in due time.
