FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to cardiosurgery, and can be used in assessing the myocardium state during cardiosurgical interventions in cardioplegic protection. To do this, the contractility of the myocardium is measured according to pressure values developed by the left ventricle, left ventricle pressure measure, end-diastolic pressure in the left ventricle, fluorescence intensity of nicotinamide dinucleotide. Additionally, free-radical oxidation indices of the level of nitric oxide and lactate measured in the perfusion fluid flowing from the heart are evaluated. Parameters are measured immediately after the restoration of blood circulation management. With a simultaneous decrease in the pressure values of left ventricle less than 80 mm Hg. reduction of left ventricle pressure measure diathermia less than 40 mm Hg, an increase in end-diastolic pressure in the left ventricle more than 9 mm Hg, increasing the level of nitric oxide more than 20 mcmol/l and lactate more than 12 mmol/l, reducing the level of fluorescence intensity of nicotinamide dinucleotide less than 0.4 the presence of myocardium damage ischemic and reperfusion are determined.
EFFECT: method provides early detection of myocardium damage of ischemic and reperfusion character due to evaluation of pathogenetically significant indices.
