SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for endoscopic introduction of working part of surgical instrument. Surgical instrument for tissue cutting and application of clamps cramps tissue inside working organ with elongated chute and opposite hinge stop. Starting rod of E-shaped element moves distally through fixed working part for tissue cutting and for clamp drive from each side of cut. Starting rod of E-shaped element confirmably places with interval stop with respect to elongated chute for ensuring correctly formed closed clamps, especially when cramped is amount of tissue, which is inadequate for placement with interval of working part. In particular, upper pin of starting rod moves longitudinally through stop slot and chute slot is cramped between lower cap and middle pin of starting rod for providing minimal interval.
EFFECT: formation of E-shaped element from thickened distal part and starting proximal strap increases possibility of manufacturing and facilitates application in such hingedly rotating surgical instruments.
