SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for laparoscopic and endoscopic clinical procedures. Sewing apparatus clamps tissue in terminal effector of elongated tray which by means of hinge is connected with oppositely directed to it anvil. E-shaped crossbar moves in distal direction along clamped terminal effector for tissue cutting and for ejection of staples from each side of cut. Sewing bar with E-shaped crossbar forces separation of anvil from elongated tray with space to ensure proper formation of closed stapes, in particular, when clamped amount of tissue is not sufficient for separation of terminal effector with space. In particular, upper finger of sewing/cutting bar moves longitudinally along anvil slit and tray groove is taken between upper head and middle finger of sewing/cutting bar to provide minimal space.

EFFECT: formation of E-shaped crossbar from thickened distal part and proximal plate of reduced thickness increases technological effectiveness in hinge-rotary surgical apparatuses.
