SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to universal climatic device consisting of compressed air source, air-to-air heat exchanger, vortex power separator made up of vortex tube with hot and cold air outlets, pipeline system, gates, heater, air conditioner mixing chamber, noise killer, refrigeration chamber, accumulation plate, air cleaning unit and ejectors. Flow accelerator is arranged at vortex tube inlet while, at vortex tube hot flow outlet, air extra heating system is arranged communicated with manifold that has three outlets to: heat exchanger, gate and extra channel intended for release of cold air into atmosphere. All air release channels are quipped with noise killers.

EFFECT: efficient air conditioning in closed space.
