SUBSTANCE: method of drink product storage involves stages of product placement in a first container and placement of at least one first container in a second container. First container is partially oxygen-permeable, while second container is less permeable for oxygen than the first one. First container is either sealed capsule or sealed bag, where gas permeability of capsule for oxygen lies within 1 x 10^-3 - 13 x 10^-3 ml/day per cm², and gas permeability of bag for oxygen lies within 0.25 x 10^-3 - 3.1 x 10^-3 ml/day per cm², in order to remove oxygen from first and second containers by oxygen absorbing material. Oxygen absorbing material is placed in second container together with first container, where at least one first container is placed into second container in order to delay oxygen penetration into capsule or bag after the second container is opened. Additionally, invention refers to device of drink product preservation.

EFFECT: efficient, simple and convenient method and device which are cost-effective in mass production.
