FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: thrower is intended for application in mining industry. Thrower contains pressure (1), driving (3) and tension (15) reels, installed with possibility of rotation on thrower case (13). Between reels endless tape (14) is stretched. Acceleration (6) reel, made in form of cylinder, is rigidly fixed on thrower case. Cone (4) with spiral ribs is mounted into acceleration reel and rigidly fixed on shaft (8), connected with engine (12) of acceleration reel via redactor. Angle α at cone apex is taken equal the value in the range from 60° to 90°. Angle Ψ at apex of cone base is taken equal the value in the range from 120° to 160°.

EFFECT: increased distance of material throwing.
