SUBSTANCE: invention relates to faience mixtures which can be used in making crockery, decorative and art products. The faience mixture contains the following components, wt %: clay 39.88-44.88; kaolin 26.0-28.0; quartz sand 7.0-9.0; broken faience crockery 0.5-1.0; electrolyte 0.1-0.2; cobalt sulphate - 0.01-0.02; zircon 19.0-24.0.
EFFECT: high strength of articles made from the faience mixture.
