FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: frequency-controlled hydraulic drive for hydraulic gate includes asynchronous motor with frequency converter connected to its inlet. Volumetric pump is connected to the motor and pressure pipeline with filter and shutoff valves is connected to the pump. Pump supplies working liquid under piston of hydraulic cylinder. Pump feed tank is connected to pump, and to that tank there connected is drain pipeline with safety valve. Drain pipeline is connected to pressure pipeline between shutoff valves ad hydraulic cylinder. Stock of hydraulic cylinder performs movement of hydraulic gate. In addition, hydraulic drive is equipped with industrial programmable controller and incremental and linear absolute encoders fixed on stock of hydraulic cylinder. Outlets of encoders and outlet of sensor terminal is connected to controller inlets. Controller outlet is connected to inlets of frequency converter and industrial terminal.
EFFECT: invention allows improving positioning accuracy of gate, monitoring of its speed and position.
