FIELD: hydraulic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic structures, namely to segment gates driven by hydraulic drive. Segment gate with a system of hydraulic drives comprises a segment gate connected to a reduction gear of the segmented gate, to which two similar hydraulic drives are connected, which drive the segment gate. Each hydraulic drive consists of a hydraulic drive control device, a drive motor with start-up equipment, electrohydraulic control mechanism and adjustable pump with reverse flow, hydraulic motor, unloading electrohydraulic distributor, cranes, a sensor of position and speed of rotation of a segmented gate, a differential pressure sensor in hydraulic lines of high pressure. Hydraulic motor is connected to controlled pump with reverse flow by high pressure hydraulic lines, which are also connected to inlets of valves. Unloading electrohydraulic distributor disconnects the high-pressure hydraulic lines by the signal of the hydraulic drive control device and connects them when the power supply is removed. Segment gate is controlled by gate control device, which is connected by electric communication lines with hydraulic drives control devices, the latter are also connected to each other. Hydraulic drives are connected to each other by hydraulic lines connected to outlets of valves, which are open during normal operation and closed in case of failure of one of hydraulic drives. Instead of taps, quick-release connections can be installed with a shut-off element, one of which belongs to the hydraulic drive, and the other to the hydraulic line. Instead of valves, each hydraulic drive can be equipped with an electrohydraulic distributor controlled by a hydraulic drive control device.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability of the segment gate, an increase in the service life of the hydraulic drives of the segment gate, as well as simplification of its operation.
