FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: riveting nut has a body and a riveted section of cylindrical shape. The body has a threaded cylinder arranged in the centre, a circular adjacency surface, which is arranged coaxially relative to the threaded cylinder in the plane, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the threaded cylinder, and a circular slot arranged radially inside the circular surface of adjacency and radially outside the cylindrical riveted section, open along the axis, which transfers into the external surface of the cylindrical riveted section on the radially external side. In the area of the circular slot there are facilities to protect against slippage. The circular slot, when looked at in the axial plane of the cross section, has a substantially U-shaped cross section with the radially external side wall. The volume of flanged area in the riveted section is held inside the circular groove element formed as a sheet part is installed in the circular slot without protrusion above the opposite circular surface of adjacency with a side of the sheet installed in the slot. According to the other version of the stated invention a riveting bolt is proposed, characterised with the above criteria.
EFFECT: high-strength joint is provided with good resistance to unscrewing and wringing.
