SUBSTANCE: for controlling hemodiafiltration effectiveness accompanying the extracorporal treatment of acute renal insufficiency, sampled patient's serum, plasma or integral blood are analysed for the effective concentration of albumin before and after hemodiafiltration, and positive values of a level difference in 16-20% enable to assess the procedure as adequate, the values 10-15% shows the satisfactory procedure, and less than 10% - the unsatisfactory procedure that requires correction of the extracorporal treatment.
EFFECT: method allows lowering doses and providing greater effectiveness of drug-induced therapy with reduced length of hospital stay and reduced number of lethal outcomes ensured by enhanced evaluation of the hemodiafiltration procedure.
