FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying substitution renal therapy using hemodialysis during given time interval (not less than 2-2.5 months of uninterrupted treatment) enough for achieving efficient albumin concentration stabilization at the level exceeding 25 g/l proving high quality of dialysis therapy. The level of 20-25 g/l determines satisfactory level of treatment. The level being below 20 g/l, poor quality of dialysis therapy is to be determined and treatment correction and changing dialysis therapy schedule is to be required. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved quality of life. 5 tbl
