FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in ultrasonic monitoring in medical diagnostics. An ultrasonic scanning converter for medical diagnostic devices comprises a body, a damper and a piezoelement. The converter piezoelement comprises a matching layer with thickness equal to a quarter of the wave length, which is made from a polymer-powder material based on the epoxide-polyester resin by electrostatic spraying.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of ultrasonic scanning converter three times.
