A both product or a seasoning product in the form of a cube or a pill involves (wt % of the total content): 0.5 - 10% of oil and/or 0 - 5% of fat, binding substances, salt, 1 - 5% of total water and 0.5 - 8% of cereals, vegetables and fruit fibres. Additionally one proposes the product production method.

EFFECT: inventions group allows to produce a new method and recipes for broth pills or cubes which, due to use of vegetal fibres, allow not only to enrich the product but to reduce oil isolation from the ready products in the process of storage.
