FIELD: nutrition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to products for the culinary preparation of liquid dishes or their components, such as broths, sauces or soups from solid bouillon masses, suitable for dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive nutrition. Pressed food product of dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive nutrition includes the following in % by weight of the total content: 4.5–27.5% of fat, 9.5–33% of protein, 7.9–54% of carbohydrates, 3–9% of binders, 3–5% of dietary fiber, 0–28% of table salt, 5% of mixtures of vitamins and minerals, 7% of ash, and the rest is water. At the same time, fats are vegetable oils with a normalized content of unsaturated fatty acids in a concentration of 90–95% of the total mass of fats. Proteins are presented in the form of vegetable protein and animal protein at a concentration of 45–50% and 50–55% of the total protein mass, respectively. Carbohydrates contain 10% monosaccharides of total carbohydrates, 50% maltodextrin of total carbohydrates, and 40% disaccharides of total carbohydrates. Vitamins are represented by a mixture of water-soluble vitamins of group B and vitamin C and fat-soluble vitamins A, E, D, beta-carotene.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a pressed food product for dietary and preventive nutrition with an improved taste, containing proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals in the proportions required for the proper functioning of the human body.
