SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to toothbrushes intended for oral care. The transformable oral care device comprises a handle, a neck, a head with a bristle attached to it. The head is divided into anterior, middle and dorsal segments. The front and middle segments are equipped with double lateral grooves, into which double lateral spikes are inserted, mounted on the middle and rear segments. The device is provided with a longitudinal hole through which a tension-regulating cord is passed, attached at one end to the inner surface of the anterior segment, and at the opposite end to a tension regulator equipped with a fixing stopper.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed technical solution is aimed at developing a device with an adjustable customer tailored design form, the use of which will create conditions for thorough brushing of teeth while minimizing the risk of damage to tooth enamel and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
