FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, radiodiagnostics in traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for examination of tissue components of large joints at various stages of aseptic necrosis of different genesis. Screening method of detecting aseptic necrosis in articular ends of bones constituting large joints includes estimation of magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) data by obtaining changed bone structures in different planes at the level of supposed changes. Examination is carried out in coronary, sagittal and axial planes with application of MR-modified protocol of T1FFE/M sequence with the following characteristics: TE -3.8, TR - 22, ECHO - 1/1, TSE - 3, NSA - 3, angle - 45°, matrix - 256, cut 5,0 mm, distance between cuts - 1.0 mm, number of packets 3, number of cuts in packets 5-8 in each, depending on examination volume.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of cost, acceleration, increased self-descriptiveness, accuracy of diagnosing aseptic necrosis of articular ends of bones at any stage of the process.
