FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device for manufacturing laminated panels with adhered side surfaces comprises the first saw bench for sawing logs by parallel cuts, a drying section, a planing section and a sawing section. Downstream the sawing section there is a measurement system arranged for continuous measurement of each section of the plate, a feeding section and facilities for monitoring and optimisation of control along the width of the saw bench. The feeding section comprises feeding conveyors in the form of continuous belts from reinforced rubber with thickness of 5-15 mm. Conveyors are supported with idle or master shafts and contain a row of longitudinal grooves. At the same time idle or master shafts are equipped with peripheral surfaces. Peripheral surfaces contain tracks that correspond to grooves. Logs sawing is carried out by parallel cuts for production of unedged boards. Then unedged boards are dried, planed and sawn in longitudinal direction. Produced sections of plates are continuously measured, and each section of the plate is fed as fixed in the transverse direction of the position between feeding conveyors into a flexibly controlled saw bench for sawing edges. On the basis of measurement results the control along the width of the saw bench is monitored and optimised. Each section of the plate is sawn into plates with adhered side surfaces of optimal width. Laminated panels with adhered side surfaces made according to the specified method consist of the plates with various width.

EFFECT: higher yield of commercial wood from raw materials.
