FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device for being used in rail fastening assembly includes clamp for fastening the railway rail, which has the first part to hold down the railway rail and heel element, and includes the anchorage device of clamp of railway rail, as well as the part consisting of the first element, the second element and connecting element connecting the first and the second elements. Insulating plate is used together with the above device. Sleeper assembly consists of the above insulating plate and concrete sleeper into which there installed is the above insulating plate the main face of which being located above when the sleeper is used is installed flush with upper extreme surface of concrete sleeper. Rail fastening assembly includes the above device, as well as the above insulating plate.
EFFECT: increasing wear resistance, as well as operating convenience.
