FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail fasteners. Rail fastening comprises plate with anchor heads, side insulators and terminals with clamping insulators. In through holes of the plate there are bushings with screws located in them and screwed into screw dowels fixed in the sleeper. Anchor heads are located in angular zones of the plate opposite each other with displacement from longitudinal axis of the plate in opposite directions. Near each anchor head the plate from above has a pair of guides made integral with it, between which there is a through hole made oval and having flat straight faces. Between each pair of guides there is a rectangular washer with a round hole in which there is a bushing interacting with faces of the oval hole. Fastening has a sleeper padding with smooth upper and lower surfaces, and the rail pad is made with two lugs, each of which is made with a face located at a right angle, resting against the end of the side insulator of the rail fastening.

EFFECT: as a result, the rail fastening reliability is increased in severe climatic conditions in the mode of increased dynamic loads.
