SUBSTANCE: well system on the basis of multilateral well includes the main borehole drilled from ground surface to productive formation. The first and the second transverse boreholes are branched from the main borehole. The main borehole includes attachment point of shank that has the first branch included in the first transverse borehole and the second branch deviating downwards along the main borehole. Working fluid medium delivery pipe string passes from the main borehole through the attachment point of shank to the first transverse borehole and ends in it. The sealer in the first transverse borehole prevents formation of flow in annular space, which is directed to the main borehole, which adjoins the external surface of delivery pipe string.

EFFECT: invention allows using concentric location of pipes for steam delivery to the well via internal pipeline and for oil removal via annular space between pipes and continuity of pressures at joints of boreholes of multilateral well is maintained at the temperature corresponding to the temperature at the well bottom.
