FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in gate of chamber of reception-start-up unit of fixation of flap cover corresponds to tooth sector with two groups of teeth secured on cover, removable gear, two axles for removable gear secured on case and rotary holder in form of segment. The tooth sector has a recess wherein there rests the rotary holder at a closed position. The tooth sector and the rotary holder are connected with a removable strap at a closed position of the cover. The axle of the rotary holder is connected with a ball tap of a safety device of the case. Safety grooves are made on sector lugs of the cover bayonet-type engaged with sector lugs of the case. The cover is convex; a handle of the cover is secured on a body of the cover.
EFFECT: safe implementation of reception-start-up chamber.
