SUBSTANCE: method of UE operation is proposed in the public land mobile network (PLMN), including the following stages: definition of the fact that UE improperly requests at least one service from PLMN; informing a control object in the home public land mobile network (HPLMN) on the improper request; requesting, through an object of HPLMN control, a server of devices control in HPLMN to disconnect improperly requested service in UE; sending, from HPLMN server, a message to UE to establish a session of control between UE and the server; and applying to a control object of selective disconnection of UE capabilities (SDoUE) in UE, such that the improperly requested service is disconnected. When procedures of general purpose radio communication session management procedures (SM GPRS) initiated by UE are switched off, deactivation of contexts of packet data passing (PDP) is initiated; and the method includes the following stages: receiving DM OMA; issuing the mark on the basis of DM OMA notice; requesting PDP context; and initiation of PDP context activation, if the mark has been issued.

EFFECT: provision of safety in control of basic working criteria of UE and application of notice of the list of selective capabilities and control of devices according to Open mobile alliance to disconnect UE capabilities.
